  • Implementing a schedule of fortnightly (for installation staff) and monthly (for administration staff) Tool Box Meetings to provide a forum for discussion & suggestions for all staff, in order to facilitate the H&S management process. A company director to attend each meeting & minutes to be circulated to anyone not present
  • A 10% increase in Hazard, Accident  and Near Miss reporting by all personnel in order to facilitate the safety management process, within the next 12 months
  • A 10% reduction in Lost Time Incidents throughout the company, within the next 12 months
  • ACC WSMP primary accreditation, within the next 12 months

  • The safe and timely return to work of any injured employee. This will be achieved through working with the injured employee, the employee’s supervisor, and respective manager. This programme will be co-ordinated with the injured employees health care professionals and ACC representatives
